Royal Purchases Variable Imaging Equipment
| We have recently enhanced our capabilities by investing in an inline variable ink jet system. Variable imaging is a solution for documents that require error free numbering and tracking systems with no duplication or for documents that imprint with multiple locations or versions. We use the latest ink jet technology to generate consecutive bar codes, jumbo numbers and complex numbering configurations that are precise and accurate. We can add variable imaging to multiple part forms, security documents and much more. The end product may be produced in continuous, cut sheet or snapout format. Royal Installs New Press
We have recently installed a new press that will allow us to print up to 8 colors on coated stock. Other press specifications include:
- 22” cylinder
- 8 offset units with chilled rollers
- UV drying after each unit
- 18” wide
- Coated and uncoated paper stocks up to a micrometer reading of .009
- Cut sheet and jumbo roll capability
- Inline perforating, punching and diecutting
- Silicone coating unit

Royal Launches New Web Site
| We have been offering printing services since 1977, but recently introduced our new website so that customers could have access to information and tools that will help them be more successfull. The new web site focuses on our philosophy of providing solutions to our partners.
The innovative, user-friendly format will replace our current Royal website first launched in 2004. The new format allows for quick and efficient ways to find information on Royal and the printing industry in general. Our partners will have access to a customer tools section that will provide common downloadable forms used in the printing industry. They will also be able to view product and market solutions, case studies, news articles, and information on our capabilities as well as access our FTP site.
