We have recently received notifications from all of our preferred paper suppliers of upcoming price increases. Glatfelter, Georgia Pacific, Boise, Appleton, International Paper and Domtar have announced price increases on all grades of carbonless, security and bond papers including MOCR grades. In the past couple of years we have witnessed significant changes in the paper industry as paper manufacturers have chosen to reduce capacity rather than continue to sell paper at a loss. Regretfully, this is one area of our business that we have little control over.

As a result of these announcements, we have no choice but to pass along these increases effective May 17, 2010. We will honor all quotes issued prior to the announced increases for 30 days from the quote date. We understand that it can be difficult to communicate these price increases to your clients. We have posted PDF copies below of the increase announcement letters from a variety of paper companies to assist you in conversations with your clients about product pricing. Please let us know if there are other ways we may assist you in passing along this information.
